Aditya is a Design engineer at Caterpillar Inc. based in Decatur, IL. He is leading the product design and development efforts on one of the NPI programs in the Quarry and Construction Trucks division, for the Regulated market (primarily US and Europe) as well as the Emerging markets (primarily India, China and CIS countries). His principal area of engagement is in design and development of Light Structures.

Aditya graduated with MS degree in Mechanical engineering from University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. He holds a BS degree in Mechanical engineering from University of Pune, India.

He is well traveled to 26 countries and takes keen interest in experiencing and understanding different cultures and people. His professional interests lie in the areas of product design/development and global product development. Outside professional life, Aditya is involved in Art and Music. He spends time learning about Architectural/Interior design, Industrial design as well as Automotive design.
