• Biography

  I grew up most of my life in Maumee, OH (just outside Toledo, OH) and graduated from Maumee High School in 2008. I am currently an undergrad at Purdue University, studying to earn my Bachelor’s in the Science of Mechanical Engineering. I will be applying for graduate school in the fall of 2010, hoping to be accepted to earn my Master’s of Business Administration at the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University. Most of my work experience has been gained while working for my family at Fort Meigs Auto Electric, an ACDelco distributor located in Northwood, OH. There I learned basic distribution, logistical, and managerial skills while working in the warehouse. I have also spent some time in a manufacturing internship in Bloomington, IL working for a company called Mechanical Devices. Mechanical Devices is a major supplier of OEM Caterpillar parts, and there I learn the basics of manufacturing, auditing, and pressure testing. Currently (fall 2010), I am working for a small start-up out of Purdue ran by two graduate students: Medtric Biotech. I am currently helping with product design and development of a medical device prototype hoping to launch in the near future.
