| Biography | Yi Shen is Postdoctoral Researcher in Engineering Education at Purdue University. Her areas of interest include cyberinfrastructure for interdisciplinary scientific research, global engineering education and competency, and social informatics. Her recent research examines digital scholarship and multidisciplinary collaboration, with particular focus on how scientists’ use of computer technologies impacts their research collaboration, data integration, and interdisciplinary scientific practice. She is currently participating in the NSF-funded project “IREE: Developing Globally Competent Engineering Researchers.” |
