• Biography

  I’m a second year Ph.D. student in electrical engineering at University at Buffalo, SUNY. My current research is mainly focused on studying optoelectronic properties of graphene (a monolayer of graphite) and developing graphene-based technology. Generally, I’m interested in semiconductor materials and devices.

  This summer I will be studying the random lasing property of CdSe/Ag quantum dots at Xian Jiaotong University. I’m very excited for this opportunity.
