| Abstract | The purpose of this profile is to display that I am a young engineering student who plans to change the world with the knowledge that I gain from Purdue University. I am currently pursuing my bachelor’s of science in the field of Mechanical Engineering, but hope to continue on towards my P.H.D. here as well. I am also in Purdue’s Soccer Club and also participate in many intramural sports, in order to better myself physically and better my communication skills. The reason why I am an engineer is because I feel that I can solve any problem thrown my way, and determine the most efficient way to do so. Also I feel that if I can do this, I can have a huge impact on the global issues of today and make the world a better place to live. The reason I choose mechanical engineering is because it facilitates a large amount of the work and different types of engineering within today’s society. I can then have a helping hand in current issues and be able to change the world. |
