Abstract

Course Title: Leadership/Management in a Global Environment. Course Level: 4th or 5th year (MS) in combined BS/MS program in MET with specialization in PLM. These modules teach Global Environmental Analysis, Global Corporate Responsibility and Ethics, Culture and Its Implications to the Global Management, How to successfully communicate and manage across cultures, Negotiation and Decision Making in Cross-cultural Environment, Formulating and Implementing Strategy For International and Global Operations, Global Alliances and Strategy Implementation, The Structure of a Global Organization & Control/Coordination, Global Human Resources- Recruitment, Selection, Retention, Training, Global Career Development and Management, and Cross-Cultural Motivation and Leadership.
