| Abstract | Due 6:00 PM Monday September 15 The CREST program has been developed jointly by the Ministry of Ukraine for Education and Science (MES) and the U.S. Civilian Research & Development Foundation (CRDF). Its aim is to strengthen the research component, to create a modern experimental base, and to promote integration of science and education in Ukrainian higher education institutions (HEI) of the 3rd and 4th accreditation levels of any administrative subordination. |
